Delivery time
If you order on a weekday before 5 PM, your order will be delivered the next business day (NL). Shipping to Belgium: 1–2 business days. Please note that the transport company is an external company and delays may occur which are beyond our control. However, we always strive to meet our delivery promise.

Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands! Check the shipping options at checkout. Do you want your order shipped to a parcel locker? You can specify your preferences in the Track & Trace after ordering.

Pre-orders
With a pre-order, you reserve the product before it is in stock. The expected delivery date is stated on the product page. We will inform you by email of any changes. You can always cancel free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. The pre-order price will never be increased.

Shipping costs
We apply competitive shipping costs. You will see the exact costs during checkout. Shipping is free from €60!

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can track your shipment and specify any preferences.

Returns
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days. Check the return policy for more information.

Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible!

Adding products
After placing an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add or modify products, even if they have the same value. You can always place a new order.

100% original
All our perfumes are 100% original and sourced from reliable suppliers.

Payment methods
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact credit card, PayPal, Klarna and other common payment methods. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Discounts
We regularly have offers and discounts. We do not offer compensation if a product decreases in price or goes on sale after purchase. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed! Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. Discounts may vary per collection, product, and quantity. We reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or limit offers at any time.
