• Pre-order products usually arrive within 5 working days.

• As soon as the product arrives, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

• The delivery time is indicative and may differ in exceptional cases.

• Cancellations are possible until the moment of shipment; after that, our normal return conditions apply.

• If a product cannot be delivered, you will receive a full refund.
